“State-of-the-art Mobile Shredding”
All of our highly professional employees are bonded/insured and must pass both a criminal background check and a drug screening prior to employment. They are also required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon hiring, stating that they will not misappropriate any confidential customer materials. Any breach of these criteria will result in immediate termination. In addition, our customer service representatives are properly licensed, uniformed and wear ID badges for easy identification.
CONSULTATION AND CUSTOM SOLUTIONS
We are experienced in all areas of secure shredding and want to share our expertise with you in helping you with risk management, legal compliance, security procedures, liability exposure, destruction plans, and site analysis.
INSURANCE
General Business Liability Insurance alone is insufficient to protect your company. It will not cover damages to you or your clients caused by the release of information entrusted to your destruction company. We are one of the few companies in the industry which can prove our complete trust and reliability by carrying an E & O insurance policy (which will insure you for any errors or omissions on our part.) In addition to this, our employees are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION
A Certificate of Destruction is provided for your records to document the complete destruction of all materials. This is verification that all information received has been destroyed in a confidential manner.
NAID
We are members of the National Association for Information Destruction and adhere to its strict standard operating procedures and code of ethics.

When it really matters the choice is simple!
If you need a lawyer, you want someone who will listen to your problems and handle them in a way that satisfies your requirements and respects your concerns. We can help you.
The Law Firm of Paul Brownstein, Attorney and Counsellor is ready to serve all of your personal and business legal problems.
We have purposely turned away from the notion that good legal representation can only come from high-profile, corporate mega-firms. We embrace the idea that real people with real legal needs want someone who will listen and take the time to care. Just like the small town lawyers of days gone by, we have kept our firm small and local while providing the experience and know-how of Park Avenue attorneys. Our lawyer has big business background but prefer working for small companies, local businesses and families.
The Law Firm of Paul Brownstein, Attorney and Counsellor can help you with all your personal or business needs.

We are a service-oriented firm that seeks to maximize the financial recovery for the victims of accidents or medical mistakes. We do things that other firms do not do and we take pride in making the legal process less intimidating for our clients.
We take pride in our ability to render competent legal services while at the same time recognizing the needs of our clients to receive information, guidance and support during the difficult process of litigating and settling their personal injury case.
Stephen C. Hurvitz, Esquire graduated from Temple Law School in 1974. His practice has emphasized personal injury law since that time. Mr. Hurvitz has tried hundreds of arbitration and jury trials. He has assisted many clients in workmen’s compensation and social security disability matters. Over the past 31 years, Mr. Hurvitz has obtained millions of dollars for his injured clients. Some of his cases have attracted national attention and received coverage from the national media.
Mr. Hurvitz is also active in the mental health field. He has served on panels and task force committees in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with judges, wardens and legislators. He has represented a major mental health center for over 25 years. He also serves of the Board of Directors of Penndel Mental Health Center and The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) in Bucks County.
How we dffer from other firms:
- Clients receive copies of all correspondence sent from our offices.
- During litigation, opposing counsel has the right to take the deposition of an injured client. This is when the client gives testimony under oath and must answer many difficult questions about his/her case. We offer detailed preparation for our clients so our clients are well prepared and comfortable with the deposition process.
-
In an automobile cases, medical bills are paid by the injured client’s insurance company. We prepare all forms at no cost to the client.
-
Property damage claims in car accidents are routinely negotiated by the firm; there is no charge for this service.
- Our legal fee has remained 33 1/3 % of the gross recovery for 30 years. This fee is a contingency fee, which means no payment is due to the firm unless there is a recovery on your behalf.
- The initial consultation in a negligence matter is free.
-
Clients are advised of all developments in the negotiation of their cases. Clients are advised of the exact amount that they will net before settlement is finalized. There is never a time when a client receives less than he thought he would receive after settlement is authorized.
-
The final decision of whether to litigate or settle a case is always left to the client. We make recommendations; the client makes the final decision.
